This is my new Pup, Gracie. She is apx 4-6 months old. She is mainly Chocolate Lab, but I think there may be some Akita mixed in somewhere, she has a white stripe on her belly and her tail curls up straight over her back, like an Akita. Now I just gotta get her trained.

Hey MDG!

That's one fine looking pooch. I had a Chocolate Lab (Cocoa) when I was a kid and she was a great dog. I've also spent a lot of time around my friend's Akitas. We used the dogs for lawn skiing (Akitas are VERY strong... but also quite loving and gentle). I think Gracie will turn out to be a great addition to your family. Speaking of which (I'm sure you're mom will like this hint), did you know that Akitas great around kids?

I know... That's probably quite enough from a complete stranger.

I so glad you're back home and bloging again.

Take care, Sir.

Dittos, glad to have you back. I know you've been busy setting up house as well as making improvements to your new home.

I bet Gracie will be a good addition to the family.

Have fun training her.

Love, Little Mazza

Glad to see a new post. :) She has a beautiful face!

We have a nearly 13-year-old mutt, Oscar, and an almost 4-year-old golden retriever, Annie.

Good luck with the training part!
